1. General Policy

At YourRender SARL, we strive to provide the best possible service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Credit Purchases

  • Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash

3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused credits
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rata refund within 30 days

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for extended periods and you cannot use your credits
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges are made without your authorization
  • Service Not Delivered: If you purchase credits but they are not added to your account

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • User error or misunderstanding of service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions resulting in account suspension
  • Credits consumed through normal service use

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for review

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 days
