1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using YourRender.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

YourRender.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates professional product images and videos using artificial intelligence. We provide tools for creating marketing content, lifestyle scenes, and product visualizations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Subscriptions

  • Services are provided on a credit-based system
  • Credits are consumed only when generating final images (8-41 credits) or videos (83-342 credits)
  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use YourRender.ai for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Generating inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to bypass security measures
  • Reselling or redistributing our service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • Generated content belongs to you for commercial use
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content
  • Published content to Community showroom is publicly visible
  • Our platform, software, and branding remain our property

7. Content Generation

  • AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or quality
  • Generation failures may occur without credit refunds
  • Content must comply with AI provider policies (Google, KIE)

8. Limitation of Liability

YourRender SARL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Third-party actions or content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse of our service or resources

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vaud, Switzerland.
